And so the first two legs through France are complete.
It was never intended that any serious amount of time was spent in France. It is a large country and has to be crossed in order to access the rest of Europe. So, a stop was planned overnight in Clermont Ferrand to allow refuelling with the next leg from there to Cannes taking us to the coast and ready to explore the rest of our destinations.
